Drama Queens - Does one Bring in Theatre in your own life As well as Organization?

Among my incredible mentors raised a fascinating question in a teleclass this week: Would you attract drama in your life or business?

Your first impulse could be to deny it. But what exactly is drama really?

The dictionary definition of "drama" is just a state, situation, or group of events involving interesting or intense conflict of forces, or excessively emotional performances or reactions.

Well, I don't find out about you, but if that is how drama is defined, I certainly can't say that I haven't experienced my fair share of it.

And if you should be launching or running your personal business, it is likely you have too.

What does drama do to us? Well, drama creates stress. And if you don't have been living under a stone for the past few years, odds are that you have learned about what stress can do to your body. An instant refresher:

When you're stressed over an active schedule, a quarrel with a pal, a traffic jam, or even a mountain of bills, the human body reacts in the same way strongly as if you were facing a life-or-death situation. Yuck, right? I understand that none folks want to manage these physical and emotional risks.

So, just how do we prevent ourselves from becoming another stress-related statistic? The clear answer is based on the straightforward question: Would you create drama, attract it, seek it out...Are you a crisis junkie?

This takes some real soul-searching to get at the answer.

The first place to check can be your past to see if you can find patterns that you can see in your life - patterns in your relationships, your work experiences, your family, your money situation, etc.... The majority of us continue in the exact same type of cycles in life until we become aware of the cycles and make a company decision to change their experiences and the outcomes of the experiences.

Remember that famous quote by Albert Einstein about cycles? He said, "Insanity is performing a similar thing over and once more and expecting different results."

I am here to express that drama is merely about probably the most destructive cycle you will get caught in as a business owner. Besides the awful physical and emotional havoc it can wreck on you, it may also undo all of your hard work, make forward progress difficult or even impossible, and may even ruin valued relationships.

In any manner you look at it, drama can hurt you, your company and your bottom line.

So, where's YOUR drama?

In your environment? Is your workplace chaos? Have you got clutter in your workspace? Are you currently months behind on your filing?

In your wallet? Are you currently current on your bookkeeping? Have you got a field, file or pile of receipts gathering that you keep forgetting to complete something with? Have you got unpaid bills or an unbalanced bank-account?

In your relationships? Have you got someone in your life who sucks up all of your energy? An individual who discourages you or actively criticizes you? Have you got a relationship that is riddled with arguments, resentment or weighty expectations?

Would you see where I am going with this? I do believe if we are all honest with one another, most of us possess some area or areas where there is drama. Bigg Boss 16 Today Episode Actually, most of us have likely learned to reside with it day-in and day-out, the weight of it pushing down on us. We've learned to tune out the warning bells, the adrenaline rush, the frustration and to just deal with the drama want it can be an inevitable element of our lives.

Drama should not be an inevitable element of our lives on a typical basis. True, life always changes and always sends us curve-balls and tragedy. We all have our crosses to bear at once or another.

But accepting daily drama and pain isn't healthy and it will stop you from true success, true happiness and living your truth.

If you're with this blog, chances are you currently want success, happiness and the chance to be your true self, so it is time to handle the sources of drama in your life.

A number of them are easier to cope with than others, but you really can handle almost any drama.

If your workplace is just a mess, you can devote time to clearing it out and getting organized. Even better, pay anyone to get it done for you personally on a typical basis and devote your time for you to activities that move you forward. It can also be easier to quickly eliminate the chaos and drama whenever you bring someone in who isn't emotionally linked to your drama. She could be unemotional and efficient about clearing the clutter, whereas you might be bogged down in the emotional link with the items you need cleared out.

If you face money drama, that may be overwhelming, but it can be eliminated. To begin with, hire a good bookkeeper to deal with your books and to enter receipts on a regular or monthly basis. She can also balance your accounts for you personally and stop you on top of bills that need to be paid. Pay her to complete her job, and focus your time on that which you excel, that may subsequently end up in more revenue and less money drama. That does NOT mean ignore your finances, though. Be sure you stay connected as to the is happening and that the bookkeeper educates you weekly on all of your accounts.

If you face drama in your relationships, that you can be harder to cope with, especially when the one who brings drama into your daily life is just a spouse, parent, child or best friend. This is a very complicated subject for a article, but I urge you to think about ways to remove the drama in those relationships. It will require counseling, or carving out space yourself every week, or it could ultimately require that you (sadly) end the relationship. When you have people in your life that are toxic, that is always going to undermine your attempts to accomplish your dream life. You'll need to surround yourself with people who believe in you, that are your fans and champions, and who offer you honest feedback that builds you up and can help you progress (honesty is NOT just like criticism or harsh words).

I am aware a lot of that is easier said than done, but all you have to complete is merely START. You simply need to take baby steps and make sure you renew your commitment on a regular basis to eliminating drama in your life and business. Taking the first baby step is just a movement towards breaking the cycle of insanity. It'll open up your horizons, free one to a brand new future and you will discover that you have renewed energy, enthusiasm and strength, all of which you need in order to find your company brilliance!
